Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on day-to-day HR activities.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Support performance management and employee development programs.
Conduct training sessions on HR policies and employee development.
Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and other HR matters.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate data.
Ensure company compliance with labor laws and regulations, including PEZA requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong knowledge of PEZA policies and regulations.
Experience in handling PEZA documentation and compliance.
