Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations including water sports activities, staff, facilities, safety protocols, and customer service
Ensure the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and service for all guests and athletes
Lead and train staff to provide outstanding customer experiences
Oversee scheduling, equipment maintenance, and facility management
Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory control
Collaborate on marketing strategies and community engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
Proven experience in hospitality, resort, or sports facility management
Knowledge of water sports operations and safety procedures is a strong advantage
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Financial management and operations background
Willing to relocate to Camarines Sur (accommodation provided)
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Sports Management, or related field is preferred
