Job Description
Responsibilities
Business Operations
Collaborate with top management for strategic planning and execution to meet annual business objectives.
Fully responsible for financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for all outlets.
Monior and control all P&L items to ensure profitability.
Ensure all outlets adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by the company.
People Management
Develop and manage workforce planning and staffing forecasts.
Create a positive and productive work environment for all team members.
Implement and uphold customer service SOP standards across all outlets.
Work closely with HR for recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and retention of staff.
Optimize staff scheduling to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency.
Monitor and control labour costs to remain within budgeted levels.
Audit & SOP Compliance
Establish, monitor, and maintain operational targets, KPIs, schedules, and SOPs.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
Ensure outlets are well-maintained, adequately stocked, and prepared for daily and peak operations.
Customer Service Excellence
Continuously enhance customer service standards by identifying customer needs and resolving
issues proactively.
Analyze service trends and propose system improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure effective communication across all departments including marketing, purchasing, kitchen, and outlet teams.
