Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities:
1. *Respond to Customer Inquiries*: Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. *Resolve Customer Issues*: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
3. *Provide Product/Service Information*: Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
4. *Process Customer Orders*: Process customer orders, including handling payments and arranging shipments.
5. *Maintain Customer Records*: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information and order history.
6. *Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams*: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements:
1. *High School Diploma or Equivalent*: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
2. *Customer Service Experience*: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
3. *Excellent Communication Skills*: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
4. *Problem-Solving Skills*: Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
5. *Technical Skills*: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
