FFSD Education is a dynamic international education recruitment agency known for delivering high-quality, person-centered services. We are currently seeking an NYSC Intern to join our team and provide support to our staff in various aspects of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
As a support intern, you will work under the supervision and guidance of designated team members. Your duties include:
Providing general administrative and customer service support across departments.
Assisting designated staff with tasks related to student recruitment, admissions processing, or marketing activities.
Handling basic client inquiries in-person, by phone, or email, and escalating issues where appropriate.
Supporting the team with organizing events such as education fairs and info sessions.
Helping staff manage internal databases and documentation.
Monitoring and responding to social media or WhatsApp inquiries under guidance.
Assisting with scheduling appointments or follow-ups as directed.
Other delegated tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Must be currently undergoing the NYSC program.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A strong willingness to learn and support daily operations.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of customer service or administrative functions is an advantage.
Ability to take direction and work well in a team.
Must reside in Abuja or be able to commute reliably.
