Trustbend Packers & Movers, a leading name in the logistics and relocation industry, is seeking a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to support our daily operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in administrative tasks and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, contributing to the smooth functioning of our office and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt responses.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Support the HR and finance departments with basic administrative tasks.

Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional front-office experience.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Office Administration is a plus.

1–2 years of administrative experience preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Professional attitude and strong attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and in a team.
